Refund policy

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We truly hope you love every Vaaki piece you own! However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make your return or exchange experience simple and smooth.

 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Please ensure the product is eligible for return/exchange by checking the individual product page.
  • Products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
  • International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once shipped.

 Reverse Pickup

  • We offer reverse pickup for most Indian pin codes.
  • If your pin code is unserviceable, you may be requested to self-ship the item to our return address (shared upon request).

 Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Products purchased during Sale/Discount/Promotions (only size exchange possible, subject to stock).
  • Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized products.
  • Minor differences in color, fabric texture, embroidery, or trims due to screen or photography settings.
  • Used, washed, or damaged products.
  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.

 How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate
Email us at info@vaaki.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9119109565 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Step 2: Pickup / Shipping
Our logistics partner will arrange pickup within 48–72 hours. If not serviceable, you’ll need to courier the product back to us.

Step 3: Pack Securely
Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags.

Step 4: Processing
Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/voucher within 7–10 business days.

 Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Eligible returns will receive a store credit voucher, valid for 90 days from date of issue.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 Exchange Fee

  • For exchanges, a flat Rs. 250 shipping & handling fee will apply.

 Sale & Discounted Items

  • Only size exchanges are allowed on discounted/sale items.
  • No returns/refunds accepted on final sale products or items purchased using coupon codes.
  • Exchange will be subject to stock availability.

 Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice.
  3. Our team will assess and assist with resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.

 Cancellation Policy

Within 12 Hours:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Cancellations will be refunded as a store credit voucher.

After 12 Hours:

  • No cancellations will be accepted once the order is processed or dispatched.

International Orders:

  • Cancellations allowed only within 24 hours of order placement.
  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges once shipped.

 Important Notes

  • Vaaki reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet return conditions.
  • If the returned item is received in unacceptable condition, the customer must arrange reverse pickup from our facility.
  • Multiple exchange requests on the same order are not permitted.
