At Vaaki, we are committed to delivering your favorite fashion pieces as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our products.
1. What are the shipping charges?
- Domestic Shipping (India): Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight. We aim to keep it affordable and transparent.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary slightly based on location, weather conditions, festive seasons, or courier issues.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp/SMS with:
- Tracking number
- Courier partner details
You can track your package anytime after 24 hours of dispatch.
4. What are your shipping hours?
- Our team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST.
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
5. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
- International orders are shipped via reliable courier services.
- Customs/Duties/Taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at the destination country. These are beyond our control and vary by region.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Delays or Dispatch Issues
While we try to meet all delivery timelines, delays can happen due to external circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond expected timelines, email us at Help@vaaki.com and we’ll do our best to assist you promptly.
7. Missed Delivery?
- Our courier partners attempt 3 deliveries.
- If undelivered, the package may return to us. In that case, we will contact you for redelivery instructions.
8. Self Pick-up
Currently, we do not offer self pick-up. However, we’re working to make this available soon from our Jaipur facility. Stay tuned.
9. Order Cancellation
- Prepaid Orders: Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
- COD Orders: Can be cancelled by contacting us before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
10. Order Cancellations by Vaaki
We may cancel orders due to:
- Inventory errors or stockouts
- Payment issues or suspicious transactions
- Incomplete or unverifiable shipping details
In such cases, you’ll be informed, and any paid amount will be refunded promptly.
