Office mornings in October, when the fan is still running and the meetings run long, are where this mustard kurti top earns its keep. It carries over to daytime Navratri functions and haldi mornings too, because mustard reads festive without competing with anyone else in the room. Same top, three very different rooms, no change of outfit in between.

The garment is a short cotton kurti top with a V-neckline, 3/4 bell sleeves and side slits at the hem that let it sit flat over palazzos and wide-leg trousers. Fabric is 100% premium cotton, printed with a small floral repeat over a warm mustard base, in a regular comfort fit with room through the bust and hip. The slits also make it easier to sit cross-legged at a puja without the hem pulling. Sizes stocked run XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL, so the same cut is available whether you take an XS or a plus size 5XL.
